Cancellation Policy

Cancellation sounds unpleasant, but it is - for everyone involved.

Our cancellation conditions:

- Up to 4 weeks before the start of your holiday: free cancellation.
- 4 to 2 weeks before the start of the holiday: 50% of the booked arrangement.
- 2 to 1 week before the start of the holiday: 70% of the booked arrangement.
- 1 week before arrival: 80% of the booked arrangement.
- In the event of no-show, late arrival and early departure: 100% of the booked arrangement, irrespective of whether the room(s) are re-let.

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code (notification according to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code, GvD 206/2005) - nevertheless, we grant you the above-mentioned cancellation conditions.
